Cloud storage is provided by Mega Limited (New Zealand) a leading privacy company which provides end-to-end encryption. Their privacy policy can be viewed here https://mega.nz/privacy

All locally stored data is stored on password protected equipment. Hard copies of data are stored securely to prevent unauthorised access 

How long we store your information  

Data Kept for  
Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, contact details, email, telephone, address) Maximum eight years from the date the information is collected. 
Bank account details and other payment details Maximum eight years from the completion of the contract 
MHRA, GPhC licence and registration details Maximum eight years from the completion of the contract 

We will then dispose of your information by permanently deleting records from cloud services and electronic devices. Hard copies will be shredded using a third-party contractor. 

Your data protection rights 

Under data protection law, you have rights including: 

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.  

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
